Piña Colada Smoothie Coconut (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 2 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener, or go with a small frozen ripe banana
02 - 160 g frozen crushed pineapple works great, but fresh is fine too
03 - 240 ml canned or carton coconut milk, either full or light

→ Optional Additions

04 - 1 scoop protein powder
05 - 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

# Instructions:

01 - Right after blending, pour your smoothie into a glass. Throw on any toppings you like and enjoy it fast.
02 - Put the coconut milk, pineapple, sweetener or banana, and any extras you want into a strong blender. Mix it all up until it turns super smooth and thick.
03 - For a really thick smoothie, let your pineapple chill in the freezer for a few hours before you start.

# Notes:

01 - Using frozen pineapple makes everything thick and creamy, just like a milkshake.
