                Mix the pudding powder with milk. Stir until it’s totally smooth, then let it sit for 5 minutes to set.

                Gently fold in the whipped topping to keep it light and fluffy.

                Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Combine everything well.

                Add a layer of strawberries to the crust, then cover with half of the pudding mixture.

                Repeat the layers using the rest of the strawberries and pudding.

                Pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours so it gets nice and firm.
