Mini Cottage Cheese Cheesecakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Filling

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - ¼ cup maple syrup
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

→ Graham Cracker Base

05 - 5 graham crackers, crushed

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Fresh fruit
07 - 1-2 teaspoons cacao powder (for chocolate version)
08 - 1 teaspoon additional maple syrup (for chocolate version)
09 - Chocolate bar shavings

# Instructions:

01 - Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
02 - Crush graham crackers in a bag until they become fine crumbs.
03 - Layer 1.5 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs in bottom of each jar, then ¼ cup cheesecake filling on top.
04 - Top with fresh fruit or other desired toppings.
05 - For chocolate flavor, mix cacao powder into cheesecake filling with additional sweetener if desired. Top with chocolate shavings.
