                Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

                Crush graham crackers in a bag until they become fine crumbs.

                Layer 1.5 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs in bottom of each jar, then ¼ cup cheesecake filling on top.

                Top with fresh fruit or other desired toppings.

                For chocolate flavor, mix cacao powder into cheesecake filling with additional sweetener if desired. Top with chocolate shavings.
