Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate the individual triangles.

In a medium bowl, mix the crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Carefully roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point, sealing the edges as you go.

Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and crispy.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
