Crab & Cheese Crescent Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
02 - 1/2 cup crab meat (canned, fresh, or imitation)
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
07 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
08 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Unroll the crescent dough and separate the individual triangles.
03 - In a medium bowl, mix the crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
04 - Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Carefully roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point, sealing the edges as you go.
05 - Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and crispy.
07 - Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra creamy filling, you can add a bit of ricotta cheese or mozzarella to the mix.
02 - Feel free to swap the crab meat for shrimp or cooked chicken for different variations.
03 - If you prefer a more tangy flavor, increase the amount of Dijon mustard or add a splash of hot sauce to the filling.
