Crab Crescent Bites Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 225 g refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 120 g cooked crab meat, lump or flaked
03 - 115 g cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

→ Garnish

07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly blend crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
03 - Unroll crescent dough and separate along perforations. Slice each triangle lengthwise to yield smaller triangles.
04 - Place approximately 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle, then roll towards the narrow tip to enclose the filling.
05 - Arrange crescent bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

01 - The filled bites can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking for convenience.
02 - For enhanced flavor, add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning to the crab filling.
