Crab Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

01 - 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 tsp garlic
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ Crab Stuffing

04 - 1 pound lump crab meat, fully cooked
05 - ¼ tsp paprika
06 - ½ tsp onion powder
07 - ½ cup mayonnaise, plus extra as needed
08 - 1 tbsp mustard
09 - ½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Lemon Butter

11 - 1 tsp lemon juice
12 - 2 tbsp melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Make the biscuit mix according to package directions and set aside.
02 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
03 - In a bowl, combine the lump crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed crackers. Mix thoroughly, adding more mayonnaise if necessary.
04 - Dust your hands with flour. Take a small scoop of biscuit dough, flatten it in your hand, and shape it into a cup.
05 - Place a scoop of the crab mixture into the center of the dough cup. Cover with a small amount of additional biscuit dough and seal gently. Repeat until all the dough is used.
06 - Place the assembled biscuits into the prepared muffin tins. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
07 - Combine melted butter and lemon juice. Brush onto the baked biscuits before serving.
