02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
03 - 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix

04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs

07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - ¼ teaspoon paprika
09 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
10 - Cooking spray or olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with the ranch seasoning mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
03 - Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Press the coated chicken into the cheese and cracker mixture, making sure each piece is evenly covered.
04 - Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray to encourage crispiness. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
