01 - 1 pound of fettuccine pasta
02 - 2 cups of heavy cream
03 - 1 cup of chicken broth

08 - 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
09 - 2 tablespoons of butter
10 - 1 cup of cooked chicken, diced (optional)
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In your slow cooker, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until well mixed.
02 - Add the butter and diced chicken, if using, to the mixture.
03 - Break the fettuccine in half and add it to the slow cooker, making sure it is submerged in the liquid.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy.
