Quick one-pot family dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - ½ cup medium onion, diced
03 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
04 - Salt to taste
05 - Pepper to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 3 cups beef broth
08 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
09 - 3 cups bowtie pasta (farfalle), dry measurement
10 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
11 - Fresh parsley and more cheese for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onions and minced garlic over medium heat until no longer pink. Constantly stir to break up the beef into a crumble. Then, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
02 - Stir in the beef broth and heavy whipping cream, and add the bowtie pasta. Bring it to a boil and then lower the heat to a simmer.
03 - Cover the skillet and simmer the pasta for 10-12 minutes until done, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, and until most of the liquid is absorbed.
04 - Now, reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined and serve warm. Optional: garnish with freshly chopped parsley and extra cheese. Enjoy!
