Cheesy Beef Shell Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta and Meat

01 - 12 oz medium pasta shells
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ Sauce

05 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
06 - 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
07 - ½ cup beef broth
08 - ½ cup sour cream

→ Cheese and Seasonings

09 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 - ½ teaspoon paprika
13 - ½ teaspoon salt
14 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
15 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9×13-inch casserole dish. Cook pasta until al dente.
02 - Brown ground beef with onion 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes more. Drain fat.
03 - Add tomatoes, soup, broth, sour cream and seasonings to beef. Simmer 5-7 minutes.
04 - Mix cooked pasta with beef sauce mixture. Transfer to casserole dish.
05 - Top with cheeses. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
