Strawberry Ginger Creamy Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
02 - 1 tablespoon (10g) hemp seeds
03 - 0.5 inch (1.5cm) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped up
04 - 1 cup (240ml) coconut probiotic yogurt
05 - 1 cup (about 145g) fresh or frozen strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Toss on some bee pollen or more hemp seeds if you want. Drink right away.
02 - Take a sip and see if you like the sweetness. Pour into a tall glass to enjoy.
03 - If it's too thick to pour, just splash in a little water or milk and blend it again till it's just right.
04 - Crank your blender high and let it run until everything's totally smooth and creamy.
05 - Put all the yogurt, strawberries, hemp seeds, vanilla, and ginger in the blender. Wet stuff goes in first if you want it easier to mix.
06 - Get everything set up. Chop the ginger small after peeling. Wash the strawberries and trim off the tops if they're fresh. Use measuring cups and spoons to portion things.

# Notes:

01 - Want more nutrition? Throw in half an avocado or a scoop of almond butter. Any probiotic yogurt or even kefir will work. If you don't have hemp seeds, ground flax or chia is fine too.
02 - You can toss in a scoop of vanilla protein powder to pump up the protein.
03 - Keep extras in a lidded cup in the fridge for up to one day.
