Prepare bow tie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning mix.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until nicely browned and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Let the sauce thicken slightly, stirring occasionally.
