Creamy Ranch Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)
02 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Black pepper, to taste
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
07 - 2 tbsp olive oil
08 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
09 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - ½ cup chicken broth
12 - ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1 tsp dried parsley or fresh parsley, if preferred
14 - Optional: red pepper flakes for additional spiciness

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare bow tie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning mix.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until nicely browned and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
05 - Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
06 - Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Let the sauce thicken slightly, stirring occasionally.
07 - Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to evenly coat all ingredients in the creamy ranch sauce.
08 - Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired. Serve hot.
