Homemade Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground chicken.
02 - 2 cups shredded cabbage.
03 - 1 cup shredded carrots.
04 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger.
07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
09 - 20 egg roll wrappers.
10 - Oil for frying.
11 - Dipping sauces (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground chicken until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1-2 minutes more.
02 - Stir in cabbage and carrots until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Cool mixture.
03 - Place 2 tablespoons filling in each wrapper. Fold bottom corner over filling, tuck sides, and roll tightly.
04 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls 3-4 minutes until golden.
05 - Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.
06 - Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
