Chilaquiles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces tomatillo salsa.
02 - 1 cup water or vegetable broth.
03 - 6 ounces thick tortilla chips.
04 - 4 fried eggs.
05 - 1 avocado, sliced.
06 - 2 radishes, thinly sliced.
07 - 1/2 jalapeƱo pepper, sliced.
08 - Cotija cheese for garnish.
09 - Fresh cilantro leaves.
10 - Cilantro lime crema for drizzling.

# Instructions:

01 - Simmer salsa with water in large skillet until slightly thickened, 5-10 minutes.
02 - Fold chips into warm sauce just before serving.
03 - Top with fried eggs, avocado, radishes, jalapeƱos, cheese, and cilantro.
04 - Drizzle with crema, season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Add chips last to keep crispy.
02 - Can use homemade or jarred salsa.
03 - Serve immediately while warm.
