Easy Crab Rangoon Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
02 - ½ cup mayonnaise
03 - ¼ cup sour cream
04 - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 tbsp lime juice
06 - ½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated, divided
07 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded, divided
08 - 2-6 oz cans white crab meat, drained
09 - 2 tbsp fresh chives
10 - ½ tsp garlic powder
11 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
12 - Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth using a hand-held mixer or whisk.
03 - Add ¾ cup mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan, crab meat, garlic powder, and chives. Gently mix together using a spatula until well incorporated.
04 - Place the mixture into a small baking dish, such as a pie dish, and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheeses are melted and slightly browned.
06 - Serve hot with fresh chives on top.
