Easy Crab Rangoon Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for added depth)
08 - 1 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
10 - 1/2 tsp sugar (optional, to mimic takeout sweetness)
11 - 1 cup lump crab meat (canned, fresh, or imitation)
12 - 2 green onions, chopped

→ For serving

13 - Wonton chips, tortilla chips, pita chips, or sliced baguette

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, Worcestershire, soy sauce (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar. Fold in the crab meat and half of the chopped green onions (save the rest for garnish).
03 - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (8x8 inch or similar). Smooth the top and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a golden top, if desired.
04 - Sprinkle with the remaining green onions. Serve warm with chips or bread.

# Notes:

01 - Make it spicy: Add a pinch of cayenne or a few dashes of hot sauce.
02 - Add texture: Mix in chopped water chestnuts for crunch.
03 - No oven? Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until hot and creamy.
