                Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

                On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 10x14 inches.

                Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Add your cooked meat, pepperoni, veggies, and any extras. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

                Starting from the long edge, roll the dough up jelly-roll style into a log. Pinch the seam and the ends to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

                Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the dough for a glossy, golden finish.

                Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes.

                Slice into thick pieces and serve with warm marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
