                Split the smoothie between two cool glasses. Drink it right away for the best taste.

                Want more sweetness? Just add some extra maple syrup, then blend again a second or two.

                Flip your blender on high and blend until it’s all smooth and thick. Stop and scrape down the sides if big chunks are stuck.

                Toss in the carrots, banana pieces, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ice cubes (if you’re using them).

                Chop up peeled carrots so your blender handles them, then break the frozen banana into a few chunks.
