Easy Carrot Cake Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Optional Additions

01 - 240 ml ice cubes

→ Flavorings

02 - 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
03 - 45 ml pure maple syrup
04 - 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Smoothie Base

05 - 120 ml plain 0% Greek yogurt
06 - 240 ml 2% milk
07 - 1.5 bananas, frozen and chopped
08 - 3 medium carrots, peeled

# Instructions:

01 - Split the smoothie between two cool glasses. Drink it right away for the best taste.
02 - Want more sweetness? Just add some extra maple syrup, then blend again a second or two.
03 - Flip your blender on high and blend until it’s all smooth and thick. Stop and scrape down the sides if big chunks are stuck.
04 - Toss in the carrots, banana pieces, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ice cubes (if you’re using them).
05 - Chop up peeled carrots so your blender handles them, then break the frozen banana into a few chunks.

# Notes:

01 - Like it thicker? Just toss in more frozen banana, or pour in a little less milk.
