# Ingredients:

→ For the Ramen

01 - 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
02 - 2 cups chicken broth
03 - 1 cup water
04 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
08 - 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
09 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
10 - 1 soft-boiled egg (optional, for topping)

→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

11 - 2 tablespoons butter
12 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
14 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
15 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a pot, combine the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and add the cooked chicken and mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
03 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Ladle the spicy broth, chicken, and mushrooms over the noodles. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce on top.
05 - Top with sliced green onions and a soft-boiled egg (if using). Serve immediately.
