Filipino Pancit with Pork (Print Version)

01 - 8.8 ounces Thai Vermicelli rice noodles
02 - 2 tablespoons canola oil
03 - 1 pound pork chops, sliced into bite-sized pieces
04 - 1 yellow onion, diced
05 - 6 cloves garlic, minced

07 - 1 cup chicken stock
08 - 2 cups shredded cabbage
09 - 1/2 cup sliced carrots
10 - 3 green onions, diced
11 - Kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Soak noodles according to package directions.
02 - Cut pork and vegetables into uniform sizes.
03 - Heat oil in a wok or large sauté pan. Add pork, yellow onion, garlic, and soy sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until pork is browned. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
04 - Add chicken stock, cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetables have softened.
05 - Add the soaked noodles to the pork and vegetable mixture. Toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
