Easy weeknight comfort food (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 ounces dried egg noodles
02 - 1 pound lean ground beef
03 - Salt and pepper to taste
04 - 2 cans (10.75 ounces, each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
05 - 1 (15 ounce) jar Lay's French Onion Dip
06 - 1/2 cup French's fried onions
07 - Freshly chopped parsley, if desired

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
02 - Cook egg noodles in a large pot of water, according to package directions. Drain.
03 - Meanwhile, cook and crumble ground beef in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any grease.
04 - Add both soups and French onion dip to beef in skillet. Stir together to combine. Gently fold in cooked egg noodles to mixture.
05 - Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle fried onions evenly over top.
06 - Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm and enjoy!
