French Onion Butter Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 310 ml long grain rice, uncooked
02 - 410 ml beef broth
03 - 300 ml French onion soup
04 - 113 g unsalted butter, cold

→ Garnish

05 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C.
02 - Spread uncooked long grain rice evenly into an 20 x 20 cm baking dish.
03 - Pour beef broth and French onion soup evenly over the rice.
04 - Slice butter into even pats and arrange them across the surface of the rice and soup mixture.
05 - Cover dish with aluminium foil and bake for 25 minutes.
06 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
07 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the cooked rice and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavour, ensure the butter is well distributed to allow even absorption during baking.
