Coffee Frosted Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 stick unsalted butter.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 2 teaspoons coffee extract.
06 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
07 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
10 - For Frosting: 1.5 teaspoons instant coffee.
11 - For Frosting: 2-4 tablespoons heavy cream.
12 - For Frosting: 1/3 cup unsalted butter.
13 - For Frosting: 2 cups powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch pan with parchment and spray with non-stick spray.
02 - Melt butter. Mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
03 - Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Spread in pan.
04 - Bake 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely.
05 - Dissolve coffee in cream. Beat butter, add sugar gradually, then add cream mixture until desired consistency.
06 - Frost cooled brownies, then slice and serve.
