Add frozen peach slices, lemonade, ice cubes, and honey or maple syrup to a high-speed blender. Include fresh lemon juice if a brighter citrus flavor is desired.

Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture becomes thick and slushy. If the mixture is too dense, incorporate additional lemonade. If too thin, add more ice and blend again.

Taste the mixture and adjust by adding more honey or maple syrup for sweetness or additional lemon juice for acidity, blending briefly after each adjustment.

Immediately pour the frozen peach lemonade into chilled glasses. Garnish each with fresh peach slices, mint leaves, or lemon wedges. Optionally, serve in glasses with sugared rims.
