# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 cup long-grain white rice
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 ½ tablespoons Cajun seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1 ½ cups beef broth
09 - 1 cup heavy cream
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
11 - ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
13 - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook rice in 2 cups of boiling water. Cover and simmer on low for 18–20 minutes, until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - While the rice cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef and break it up as it cooks. Once browned, drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in garlic, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
04 - Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
05 - Add cheddar, Parmesan, and butter. Mix until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
06 - Fold in the cooked rice and stir until well coated with the cheesy garlic sauce.
07 - Top with chopped parsley and serve warm.
