→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound linguine pasta
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
04 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
05 - 4 tablespoons butter
06 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
08 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
13 - Chopped chives, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the beef cubes generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear the beef on all sides until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
04 - Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
05 - Reduce the heat to low and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
06 - Add the cooked linguine to the cheesy sauce and toss to coat thoroughly.
07 - Gently fold in the seared beef cubes, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the pasta.
08 - Serve immediately, garnished with chopped chives.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for optimal flavor.
02 - Cook the pasta al dente to ensure it holds up well in the creamy sauce.
