→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450g beef, sliced thin
02 - 1 big loaf Italian bread
03 - 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
04 - 1 cup onions, sliced up
05 - 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
06 - 3 tbsp garlic butter
07 - Pepper as needed
08 - Salt as needed
09 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Take your bread out of the oven and let it chill a bit before you cut it. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and enjoy while it's still warm.
02 - Pop the stuffed bread into the hot oven. Let it bake around 15 to 20 minutes so the cheese gets nice and melty.
03 - Spoon the cooked beef with veggies into your bread boat. Throw loads of provolone cheese on top.
04 - Slice the loaf in half along the middle. Scoop out some of the inside bread so you can pack in your filling.
05 - Toss the beef into your skillet with the veggies, salt, and pepper. Cook it until the meat turns brown.
06 - Melt garlic butter in your skillet on medium. Cook onions and bell peppers until they’re soft.
07 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it get hot.
