07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese

09 - Optional: sliced pickles
10 - Optional: caramelized onions

→ Dough Wrapping

11 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough, divided into 8-12 circles and flattened

→ Garlic Parmesan Topping

12 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
13 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
14 - 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
15 - Optional: chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Allow the mixture to cool completely before stirring in shredded cheese and any optional bacon, pickles, or caramelized onions.
02 - Flatten each dough portion into a 4-inch circle. Place 1–2 tablespoons of cooled beef filling in the center of each circle. Pinch the edges together to seal thoroughly, then roll gently into smooth balls.
03 - Arrange the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each. Combine melted butter and garlic, then brush generously over each bomb. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake bombs for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and dough is fully cooked.
05 - Brush freshly baked bombs with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauces such as ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare the filling ahead and refrigerate for efficient assembly; make sure filling is fully cooled to prevent the dough from becoming difficult to handle.
02 - Fully assembled bombs can be covered and refrigerated, then baked just before serving for ultimate convenience.
03 - Leftovers freeze well; reheat in oven or air fryer for a crisp exterior.
04 - For variation, experiment with diced jalapeños, use Italian sausage in place of beef, or craft breakfast versions with scrambled eggs and bacon.
