Garlic Parmesan Meatloaves (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef (or use half beef, half ground turkey or pork)
02 - ½ cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned or plain)
03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - ¼ cup milk
05 - 1 egg
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - ½ teaspoon salt
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
11 - Optional: ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (for heat)
12 - Optional: extra shredded Parmesan or mozzarella for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, and seasonings.
03 - Mix ingredients just until combined. Shape mixture into 4 small loaves or 1 large loaf.
04 - Place loaves on the prepared baking sheet. Optional: sprinkle tops with extra Parmesan or mozzarella.
05 - Bake in the oven for 30–35 minutes (20–25 minutes for mini loaves), or until cooked through (internal temperature 160°F / 71°C).
06 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with more parsley or cheese if desired before serving.
