                Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a baking dish.

                In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, and seasonings.

                Mix ingredients just until combined. Shape mixture into 4 small loaves or 1 large loaf.

                Place loaves on the prepared baking sheet. Optional: sprinkle tops with extra Parmesan or mozzarella.

                Bake in the oven for 30–35 minutes (20–25 minutes for mini loaves), or until cooked through (internal temperature 160°F / 71°C).

                Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with more parsley or cheese if desired before serving.
