Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Wraps

01 - 4 big flour tortillas
02 - 20 grams Parmesan cheese, finely grated
03 - 60 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 110 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 480 grams chicken breast, cooked and either diced up or pulled apart

→ For the Garlic Butter

06 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
07 - 2 peeled and minced garlic cloves
08 - 45 grams melted unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Serve these while they're still warm. Try them with whatever dip you like—think creamy garlic, marinara, or ranch.
02 - Heat your oven to 190°C. Use a brush to coat every wrap with the garlic butter. Place each one seam down on parchment over a baking sheet. Flip them halfway through baking. They’ll be crispy and hot in 10 to 12 minutes.
03 - Set your skillet or griddle over medium. Paint the outside of each wrap with garlic butter. Lay them seam down and cook until crisp and golden, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
04 - Mix the melted butter with garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Give it a quick stir till it looks blended.
05 - Lay a tortilla on your counter. Pile about 120 grams of filling right in the middle. Fold the sides in and roll everything up tight, kind of like a big burrito. Do the rest the same way.
06 - Toss your chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan together in a big bowl. Mix it up so everything gets spread out and kind of sticks together.

# Notes:

01 - Roll your wraps snug so the filling won't fall out everywhere during cooking.
02 - Want a bit more kick? Add some chili flakes or black pepper right into the filling.
