Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a large saucepan, combine 5 cups of mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup. Melt everything together over low heat, stirring gently with a rubber spatula to prevent burning.

Once the mixture is completely melted and smooth, remove the pan from heat. Immediately stir in the Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining cup of mini marshmallows. Mix until everything is well coated - it will be very sticky!

Spoon the mixture into your greased pan and press it down evenly with the back of your spatula. Pro tip: lightly grease your spatula to prevent the mixture from sticking to it.

Let the bars set at room temperature for about 60 minutes until firm enough to cut. Slice into squares and enjoy your indoor s'mores experience!
