Healthy Banana Yogurt Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 2 ripe bananas (about 7 oz/200g total)
02 - ⅔ cup Greek yogurt (minimum 2% fat)
03 - 1 large egg
04 - ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1½ cups oat flour
07 - ½ cup almond flour (or more oat flour)
08 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - ⅙ teaspoon salt

→ Optional Add-ins

11 - ¼ cup chocolate chips
12 - ½ cup protein powder (replacing ½ cup flour)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 7.9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with oil.
02 - Mash bananas in large bowl. Add Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.
03 - Stir in oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Add chocolate chips if using. Adjust consistency with extra flour or milk if needed.
04 - Transfer to pan and bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
