Protein-Packed Chocolate Yogurt Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, whole milk/full fat
02 - ¾ cup peanut butter
03 - ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
04 - 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
05 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Topping

06 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
07 - Flaked sea salt (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment lined quarter sheet pan, between ¼ inch and ½ inch thick.
02 - Melt the dark chocolate chips by microwaving in 30 second increments and stirring in between, making sure not to overheat it. Once melted, spread it evenly over the peanut butter yogurt mixture.
03 - Transfer to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
04 - Once frozen, sprinkle with flakey sea salt, cut with a sharp knife into pieces or break it up with your hands.

01 - Use full-fat Greek yogurt to prevent icy texture
02 - Let bark sit out briefly before eating for creamier texture
03 - Store in freezer and only remove portions you plan to eat
