Stir together the yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment lined quarter sheet pan, between ¼ inch and ½ inch thick.

Melt the dark chocolate chips by microwaving in 30 second increments and stirring in between, making sure not to overheat it. Once melted, spread it evenly over the peanut butter yogurt mixture.

Transfer to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.

Once frozen, sprinkle with flakey sea salt, cut with a sharp knife into pieces or break it up with your hands.
