Italian-Inspired Morning Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Calzone Filling

01 - 2 oz rosemary ham or any other ham that you like
02 - 1 oz parmigiano, shredded
03 - 2 eggs
04 - ½ teaspoon pepper
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Dough

06 - 1 portion pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

# Instructions:

01 - Place a pizza stone inside your oven and preheat at 450° F / 230° C. The stone has to be fairly hot so make sure you wait for about 20 minutes before you throw your calzone inside.
02 - Crack the eggs in a bowl and combine them with meat and cheese; stir lightly. You could probably use just one egg if you think is too much for you, mine got very fluffy inside the dough pocket.
03 - Roll the dough and place the ingredients in the middle. Seal it properly so it doesn't crack when baking and place it onto a pizza stone. Bake for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - You can make or buy your own pizza dough or you can use a ½ piece of a standard pizza dough recipe
02 - For a crispy bottom, make sure your pizza stone is thoroughly preheated
03 - You can customize the filling with different cheeses or meats
