# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb strawberries, washed, hulled, and quartered
02 - 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
03 - 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained
04 - 5 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced, and halved
05 - 2 mangoes, peeled and cubed

→ Creamy Cheesecake Mixture

06 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
07 - 3.4 oz instant cheesecake-flavored pudding mix
08 - 1 cup French vanilla coffee creamer

# Instructions:

01 - Add strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, kiwifruit, and mangoes to a large mixing bowl. Gently mix to evenly distribute fruit. Set aside.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add instant cheesecake pudding mix and French vanilla coffee creamer. Beat on low speed until just incorporated, then increase to medium-high and beat until fully smooth and creamy.
03 - Pour the cheesecake mixture over the mixed fruit. Fold gently to ensure all fruit is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
