09 - 2 to 4 Hawaiian sandwich rolls
10 - 1 red onion, sliced
11 - 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced
12 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
13 - 2 to 4 slices Swiss cheese
14 - 120 ml additional teriyaki sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground chuck, ground beef ham, ginger paste, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, teriyaki sauce, and sambal chili paste in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape into evenly sized burger patties, pressing a slight divot in the center of each.
02 - Place sliced red onion on a grill sheet over medium heat. Grill, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and caramelized.
03 - Sprinkle pineapple slices with brown sugar. Grill on both sides until golden-brown and caramelized.
04 - Grill patties over medium-high heat to preferred doneness, basting with teriyaki sauce during cooking.
05 - Lay a slice of Swiss cheese over each patty for the final minute of grilling, allowing it to melt.
06 - Place each patty on a Hawaiian sandwich roll, topping with a grilled pineapple slice, caramelized onions, and extra teriyaki sauce as desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling patties briefly before grilling helps retain their shape during cooking.
