Heart Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Layer

01 - 1/2 cup plain flour
02 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 5 tablespoons butter
05 - 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
06 - 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
07 - 2 whole eggs
08 - 1 fluid ounce red food coloring

→ Cheesecake Layer

09 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
10 - 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
11 - 2/3 cup white sugar
12 - 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
13 - 2 whole eggs
14 - 1 tablespoon plain flour

→ Topping

15 - Red sugar crystals

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Melt butter and chocolate over double boiler. Mix in sugar, eggs, food coloring. Fold in dry ingredients.
03 - Beat cream cheese and yogurt until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, and flour until smooth.
04 - Pour brownie batter in pan. Add cheesecake layer. Swirl reserved brownie batter on top. Bake 30 minutes.
05 - Cool completely. Cut with heart-shaped cutter. Sprinkle with red sugar crystals.
