                Combine the sliced beef with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and minced garlic in a bowl. Allow it to marinate for at least 10–15 minutes.

                Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. Drain and set aside.

                Whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), rice vinegar or lime juice, honey or brown sugar, and water in a small bowl.

                Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

                In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

                Return the beef to the pan, add the sauce, and toss until everything is evenly coated. Add the cooked noodles and mix until heated through.

                Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
