# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 large egg, room temperature.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional).
06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1 cup holiday sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat butter until creamy, about 1 minute. Add sugar and beat until fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
03 - Mix in egg, vanilla, and almond extract until well combined.
04 - Whisk flour and salt, then gradually mix into butter mixture until just combined.
05 - Refrigerate dough for 2 hours to prevent spreading.
06 - Roll into 1-inch balls, then coat in sprinkles.
07 - Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes until edges are barely golden.
