Dairy Queen Style Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 110g Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies).
02 - 28g unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1.42L chocolate ice cream, softened.
04 - 227g hot fudge sauce, divided.
05 - 1.42L strawberry ice cream, softened.
06 - 480ml cold heavy cream.
07 - 40g powdered sugar.
08 - 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract.
09 - Sprinkles for decoration (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Crush Oreos into coarse crumbs in food processor. Mix with melted butter until combined.
02 - Line springform pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang on sides.
03 - Spread softened chocolate ice cream in pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
04 - Spread half the hot fudge over chocolate ice cream. Top with Oreo mixture.
05 - Freeze for 30 minutes while softening strawberry ice cream.
06 - Add remaining fudge, then spread strawberry ice cream evenly on top.
07 - Cover and freeze for at least 12 hours.
08 - Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
09 - Remove from pan, cover with whipped cream, and add sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately or freeze up to 1 hour.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made up to 48 hours ahead.
02 - Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water for clean slices.
03 - Cake plate should be frozen before serving.
