Copycat Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - ½ cup sugar
04 - 1 cup whole milk
05 - ¼ cup unsalted butter
06 - 2 eggs
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - Vegetable oil for frying

→ Glaze

09 - 2 cups powdered sugar
10 - ¼ cup whole milk
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let stand 5-10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Mix dry ingredients, add yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth.
03 - Place dough in greased bowl, cover and let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
04 - Roll dough to ½-inch thickness and cut with doughnut cutter. Rest 20-30 minutes.
05 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry doughnuts 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
06 - Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Dip warm doughnuts and let set on wire rack.
