Homemade Mayonnaise (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 whole egg.
02 - ½ tablespoon lemon juice.
03 - 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar.
04 - ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard.
05 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt.
06 - 1 cup avocado oil or light olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Place egg, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and salt in immersion blender jar.
02 - Pour oil on top and let ingredients settle for one minute.
03 - Place blender at bottom of jar over egg. Blend 10-15 seconds without moving.
04 - Once thickened, slowly move blender up and down to combine fully.

# Notes:

01 - Use narrow jar for proper emulsion.
02 - Only works with immersion blender.
03 - Keeps 5-7 days in fridge.
