Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar, let rest 5 minutes until foamy.

Add oil, salt, and flour, beat 2 minutes then knead 5 minutes until soft.

Place in oiled bowl, cover and let rise 60-90 minutes until doubled.

Divide dough in half, roll each into 10x16 inch rectangle.

Spread with garlic butter, layer meats and cheese leaving borders.

Roll into logs, seal edges with egg wash, cut slits on top.

Cook at 400°F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
