Honey Lime Basil Peach Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - 4 large yellow peaches, ripe yet firm, sliced
02 - 250 grams blackberries
03 - 115 grams blueberries
04 - Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate

→ Dressing and Garnish

05 - 6 large fresh basil leaves, finely sliced into ribbons
06 - 1–2 teaspoons honey
07 - Juice of 1/2 lime

# Instructions:

01 - Thoroughly wash the peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and basil leaves. Slice the peaches into even wedges and cut basil into fine ribbons. Remove seeds from the pomegranate.
02 - In a large serving bowl, gently add the peach slices, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds.
03 - Drizzle the honey evenly over the fruit, followed by the freshly squeezed lime juice. Add the basil ribbons. Using kitchen tongs or a large spoon, toss the mixture lightly to coat all fruit.
04 - Transfer the fruit salad to individual bowls or a serving platter. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.

# Notes:

01 - For best appearance, add basil just before serving to maintain its vibrant green color.
02 - Prepare up to one day in advance; add basil just before serving and store covered in the refrigerator.
03 - Salad can be refrigerated in airtight containers for 2–4 days.
