Creamy Honey Pepper Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Pasta and Sauce

04 - 12 oz penne pasta
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 2 tablespoons honey
07 - 1 tablespoon black pepper
08 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
10 - 1 tablespoon butter
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil 6-7 minutes per side until done. Rest then slice.
03 - Melt butter in same skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add honey and pepper, simmer 2-3 minutes.
04 - Add cream and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened. Add pasta water if needed.
05 - Toss pasta with sauce and Parmesan until smooth. Add chicken and garnish with parsley.

01 - Adjust pepper to taste
02 - Save pasta water to thin sauce if needed
03 - Best served immediately
