In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Evenly spread garlic oil mixture over surface of garlic bread loaf.

Crumble ricotta cheese evenly across seasoned bread, covering the surface.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over ricotta layer.

Return assembled bread to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately drizzle hot honey evenly across the entire surface.

Allow to cool briefly, then cut into portions. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
