Hot Honey Garlic Bread Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 large garlic bread loaf (store-bought or homemade)

→ Cheeses

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
04 - Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

→ Aromatics and Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Toppings

11 - 1/4 cup hot honey
12 - Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow to reach temperature.
02 - If garlic bread loaf is frozen, bake according to package instructions until slightly toasted but not fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes, then remove from oven.
03 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Evenly spread garlic oil mixture over surface of garlic bread loaf.
05 - Crumble ricotta cheese evenly across seasoned bread, covering the surface.
06 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over ricotta layer.
07 - Return assembled bread to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and immediately drizzle hot honey evenly across the entire surface.
09 - Allow to cool briefly, then cut into portions. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
