Add the minced garlic and butter to a pot over medium heat, and cook until the butter is completely melted. Stir in the hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens into a syrupy consistency.

Carefully place the seasoned wings into the hot oil and deep fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding, which can lower the oil temperature.

Using tongs or a slotted spoon, remove the cooked wings and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
