                Add the minced garlic and butter to a pot over medium heat, and cook until the butter is completely melted. Stir in the hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves.                 Carefully place the seasoned wings into the hot oil and deep fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding, which can lower the oil temperature.
