Iowa Party Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag Tostitos Scoops (10 ounces).
02 - 1 block cream cheese, softened (8 ounces).
03 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 1 can sweet corn, drained (15 ounces).
06 - 1 can green chiles (4 ounces).
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
10 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange tortilla scoops cup side up.
02 - Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in bowl.
03 - Spoon about 1 tablespoon filling into each tortilla scoop.
04 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over filled chips.
05 - Bake 13-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.

02 - Can use mild or medium chiles.
