                Fill each tall glass with approximately 180 ml of ice so that the glass is nearly full.

                Pour 45–60 ml of fruit syrup over the ice.

                Add 120 ml of club soda to each glass.

                Spoon 30 ml each of heavy cream and whipped cream over the drink.

                Stir gently to combine layers and serve immediately.
