Italian Cream Soda Bubbly Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beverage Base

01 - 360 ml ice cubes
02 - 240 ml club soda
03 - 90–120 ml fruit syrup

→ Cream Components

04 - 60 ml heavy cream
05 - 60 ml whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Fill each tall glass with approximately 180 ml of ice so that the glass is nearly full.
02 - Pour 45–60 ml of fruit syrup over the ice.
03 - Add 120 ml of club soda to each glass.
04 - Spoon 30 ml each of heavy cream and whipped cream over the drink.
05 - Stir gently to combine layers and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For best presentation, pour heavy cream slowly over the back of a spoon to create a marbled effect.
