Fresh Lemon Basil Vinaigrette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil.
02 - 1/4 cup white wine vinegar.
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
04 - 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves.
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon honey.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1 pinch black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to food processor or blender.
02 - Process on high until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
03 - Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or honey if desired.

01 - Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
02 - Bring to room temperature before using.
